You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased during clearance or sale events
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, beauty, or personal care items)
- Products that show signs of use or tampering
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order ID and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process, including pickup or drop instructions.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will approve the return and proceed with the refund or replacement.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.)
In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details or offer store credit as per your preference.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
Return shipping is free in case of damaged or incorrect products. For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges may apply or be deducted from the refund.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share photos and unboxing video (if available) within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize replacements or refunds in such cases.
